About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager for a long-term enterprise transformation program within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives, with responsibility for project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and successful delivery.

The role is based in Houston, TX and is remote, though occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives
• Manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
• Oversee budget and ensure successful delivery of projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, functional consultants, technical resources, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors
• Drive complex programs from requirements through deployment and stabilization
• Oversee business process transformation, system integration, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and production cutover planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP projects
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms
• Strong executive communication and project governance skills
• PMP certification and consulting experience are a plus
