Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Consultant

Work you'll do

• Supporting finance transformation projects focused on financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics
• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows
• Aiding in the design and implementation of finance operating models, governance structures, and process improvements
• Preparing client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates for project stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, finance operating model design, or global business services
• 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state process documentation
• 2+ years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based finance transformation, finance process improvement, or technology implementation project
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, or financial planning platforms (preferred)
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferred)
• Experience with process automation, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics use cases in finance (preferred)
• Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, or Master of Accounting (preferred)
• Experience with certified public accountant, chartered financial analyst, or project management professional certification (preferred)
