Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Consultant
About the role
As a Consultant on the Oracle EPM team, you will support finance transformation projects focused on financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics. You will gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows. Additionally, you will assist with the design and implementation of finance operating models, governance structures, and process improvements. Your responsibilities will include preparing client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates for project stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, finance operating model design, or global business services.
- 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state process documentation.
- 2+ years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based finance transformation, finance process improvement, or technology implementation project.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, or Master of Accounting.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, or financial planning platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with process automation, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics use cases in finance.
- Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Project Management Professional certification.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
