Oracle EPM Lead, Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance Oracle PBCS and FCCS applications based on business requirements.
• Lead the team in preparing implementation plans, creating technical specifications based on functional requirements, and conducting feasibility and cost-benefit studies.
• Interface across multiple business areas, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects and enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance or mentoring to a small project team of 3 – 5 junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, Data Warehousing concepts, and Oracle EPM Cloud Service.
• 3+ years in the financial industry, including 3+ years leading Oracle PBCS or FCCS projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services Technology preferred.
• Experience with ASO/BSO applications, MAXL scripts, MDX queries, EDMCS, and PCMCS.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica or ODI.
• Understanding of financial planning, project budgeting, and expense tracking.

Education

Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant industry certifications.

Other

Must work onsite 4 days and 1 day remotely. The typical base pay range for this role is as follows: New York / New Jersey: $102k - $171k Non–New York / New Jersey: $102k–$154k Depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
