Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including user security, role assignments, and access management.
- Support and troubleshoot data integrations, mappings, data loads, and scheduled processes.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of financial data across systems.
- Monitor, validate, and improve data quality, system performance, and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions involving complex hierarchies and multidimensional data.
- Lead initiatives to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through technology.
- Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, data models, and support materials.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing efforts, and application support activities.
- Provide backup support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Financial Systems, EPM, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications such as EPBCS/PBCS, FCS, RAC, CSS, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidations, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience supporting data integrations, data governance, and validation processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience creating process documentation using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, or Smartsheet.
