Area of Responsibility

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM
• Experience implementing FCCS and ARCS
• Experience with financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and account reconciliation, including functional knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience collaborating with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Experience in FCCS implementations covering close, consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, journals, and statutory reporting
• Experience designing FCCS metadata, ownership structures, close calendars, and consolidation rules
• Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems (Fusion and non-Fusion) using Data Management and Data Integration
• Experience integrating ARCS with ERP general ledger (GL) and subledger systems, including enabling journal posting back to the ERP
• Experience designing EDM solutions for centralized master data management and governance
• Experience developing and maintaining data management processes (Data Management/Data Integration) and integrations with ERP systems
• Experience configuring security, workflows, and reporting structures within EPM applications
• Experience leading large support engagements while working closely with key client business users and stakeholders
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
• Experience with account reconciliation processes and ARCS

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with EDM
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
