What You’ll Do
- Aid in administering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications, such as Workforce, Capital, Financials Planning, and Strategic Modeling.
- Support management of Development, Test, and Production environments, migrations, deployments, and Oracle quarterly updates.
- Configure and maintain metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts under guidance.
- Assist in building and maintaining integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat file processes.
- Maintain system performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability to ensure reliable operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to support scalable planning and forecasting solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to system performance improvements and user experience enhancements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, documentation, testing, and end-user training initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.
- Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data platforms.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
- Diligent with a collaborative approach and a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate technical insights into business value.
