Responsibilities
- Deliver application functional and limited technical support for Oracle eBusiness Systems in Finance and Projects modules, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and service improvement efforts.
- Collaborate directly with business users to understand challenges, perform root cause analysis, and recommend workarounds or corrective actions to mitigate system issues.
- Utilize SQL, diagnostics scripts, and query-writing tools to extract, analyze, and correct data, develop ad hoc reports, and ensure data integrity across applications.
- Participate in change management activities, user acceptance testing, incident documentation, and compliance tasks, following industry project management principles and SOX controls as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Accounting major from an accredited university or at least 5 years of related industry experience.
- 5–7 years of experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Modules, ideally in Finance and/or Oracle Projects, with direct experience analyzing data flows between subledger and General Ledger.
- 3 or more years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL, with familiarity in Oracle Apex programming preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing application or business analyst role, troubleshooting and producing effective solutions within Oracle R12.2 on-premise environments.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The role requires an on-site presence in Houston, Texas.
