Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP implementation and rollout projects from start to finish.
• Lead Mergers & Acquisitions projects and implement best practices.
• Present project progress and strategies to senior executives (CXO level).
• Create and execute comprehensive project plans.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP implementations.
• Managed at least three implementation projects end to end.
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and adoption of best practices.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Proficiency in building and executing project plans.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations.
• Experience in M&A processes and integration.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
