Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Sr. Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional consultant with knowledge and experience in HCM – Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application support Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14.

Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Analyze business processes, configure HCM modules (HR and OTL), note lessons learnt, and share domain knowledge with teammates
• Perform mapping for application upgrade and ensuring seamless cross‑module integration
• Provide user training of modified forms, prepare documentation, drive UAT, support cutover/go-live and deliver hypercare

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant IT experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education)
• Experience with a minimum of 1 Oracle EBS 12.2.xx Upgrade - end-to-end implementation
• Strong techno-functional expertise in EBS HCM modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup
• Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling
• Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems
• Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes

• Strong understanding of various business processes in respective domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with business users

Pay

• In CA / CO / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $73,000 to $102,200
• In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
