Craft and Maintain Technical Documentation
- Ensure clarity and compliance across user manuals, release notes, and integration guides.
- Bridge technical and functional teams to deliver comprehensive, accessible content aligned with ERP standards.
Qualifications
- 2-4 Years of experience
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS HCM functional flows and technical architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, UNIX, and B2B integration technologies.
- Strong written communication skills with emphasis on converting complex concepts into clear, user-friendly guides.
- Author and maintain high-quality technical content including user manuals, release notes, and functional process documentation for Oracle EBS HCM systems.
- Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (Oracle Forms, SQL/PLSQL, UNIX, Sterling Integrator) to translate technical specifications into clear, consumable documentation.
- Conduct manual/functional testing to ensure documentation accuracy, conforming to ISO and regulatory standards.
