About the role

The Senior Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle database environment, ensuring high availability and performance. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Oracle databases
• Implement and maintain database security measures
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery tests
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure data integrity and consistency

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA
• Security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Oracle 11g/12c and above
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with RMAN and Data Guard
