Oracle CPQ - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Encourage open dialogue and foster a culture of trust among team members.
• Manage and address client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including sales, sales operations, ordering, billing, fulfillment, payments, collections, revenue management, and accounting close processes.
• Understand and apply multiple business models, including transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
• Comprehend and utilize revenue recognition standards under ASC 606.
• Work with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing Admin, Integration Services, Revenue Management, and Billing.
• Be familiar with global compliance and regulatory requirements affecting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
• Analyze and optimize Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Have experience with core finance systems, including implementation, strategy, transformation, shared services, and outsourcing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrate expertise in managing client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
• Have experience with various business models and revenue recognition standards.
• Be knowledgeable in Oracle CX products and their applications.
• Understand and apply global compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Have experience with core finance systems and their implementation.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
