Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Encourage open communication and foster a collaborative environment.
- Manage ambiguous and unstructured problems effectively.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with stakeholders to build trust.
- Contribute technical knowledge in Oracle CX products and processes.
- Understand and apply revenue recognition under ASC 606.
- Manage multiple business models including transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
- Analyze and improve Lead-to-Revenue processes.
- Support financial strategy and transformation, including shared services and outsourcing.
- Develop and prepare Lead-to-Revenue functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing Admin, Integration Services, Revenue Management, and Billing.
- Understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Lead-to-Revenue operational metrics and industry best practices.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation is determined by individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
