Oracle CPQ - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Encourage open communication and foster a collaborative environment.
• Initiate open and candid coaching conversations with team members.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop potential solutions proactively.
• Contribute technical knowledge in Oracle CX products and processes.
• Manage and optimize finance systems and processes.
• Implement and manage revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Understand and apply global compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and improve Lead-to-Revenue processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Oracle CX products and processes.
• Understanding of revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with finance systems and processes.
• Experience with Lead-to-Revenue processes and metrics.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
