About the Role

As an Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead, you will provide end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications. This role involves working with multicultural teams, including onshore and offshore members, to deliver business solutions that minimize the use of PaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and resolve functional issues.
  • Handle design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management.
  • Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specifications.
  • Be an active member within Capgemini’s Oracle technology communities.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications, with strong knowledge in GL, AP, CM, Tax, and SLA.
  • Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Core HR, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
  • Minimum of 3 full project life cycles.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements.
  • Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, business process designs, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance.
  • Willingness to travel weekly as needed.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $103,879 - $326,250. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.
