A Delivery Architect at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for providing solution leadership to mid-to-large size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. Responsibilities

• Provides functional leadership and oversight to SCM functional team members in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud applications across diverse industries for complex, mid-to-large size engagements, often simultaneously.
• Leads Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops, solutions architecture, and design discussions.
• Consults with clients using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and industry best practices to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution, including both technical and functional components.
• Designs and extends Oracle Cloud Applications using PaaS and other technologies, including writing specifications for custom applications and integrations.
• Analyzes current systems and data to identify new requirements and recommend enhancements or modifications.
• Mentors, trains, and guides the Oracle Cloud applications implementation team.
• Provides thought leadership and applies innovative approaches to resolve implementation and integration obstacles.
• Develops and implements long-term client strategies.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engages stakeholders in the estimation process, considering the impact of strategic business changes.
• Supports business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors to source hardware, software, or services, negotiating contracts for optimal terms.
• Presents compelling business cases, quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions.
• Monitors the performance of implemented solutions and recommends improvements or optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering. MBA, relevant master’s degree, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant, with 3+ years leading SCM solution design for Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Expert-level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), including Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service.
• Knowledgeable in Web Services and Oracle Cloud-delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
• Expert consulting and business analytical skills to gather requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design business processes, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), configure functionally, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.
• Experience navigating challenges in cross-border and diverse teams.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with at least 3 of the following Oracle Cloud Application modules:
  • Oracle Manufacturing Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Cost Management
  • Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Oracle Demand/Supply Planning
  • Oracle Maintenance Cloud
  • Oracle Procurement
  • Oracle Inventory Cloud
• Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or strategic industry experience.
