Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM Functional Lead (1624)

About the role

This position will lead a new implementation of Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM, converting from a set of legacy applications. The role includes full Discovery with analysis for potential new functionality and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for assigned project role focused on Procurement and Inventory Cloud applications, including solution design, business process analysis, and system integration.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Purchasing, SQM, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, and Costing modules.
• Lead client Discovery sessions, develop and document requirements, and conduct hands-on configuration, including leading offshore teams in common configuration tasks.
• Work with the technical team to specify and unit test system technical extensions.
• Report Procurement and Inventory status to the Project Manager.
• Lead client knowledge transfer and validation sessions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client issue resolution.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and resolve issues identified during CRPs and UAT.
• Support deployment and provide limited production issue resolution for 30 days post-deployment.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of Oracle experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including:
  • Inventory Management
  • Cost Management
  • Oracle Procurement (Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing)
• Ideal experience in a public sector environment.
