About the role

The Oracle Cloud ERP Support Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions and driving operational efficiency for clients. This role leverages expertise in Oracle Procure to Pay, Oracle Purchasing, and Accounts Payable processes to support clients' business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Procure to Pay, Oracle Purchasing, and Accounts Payable processes
  • Deliver high-quality solutions and drive operational efficiency
  • Foster collaboration and engage with stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with client expectations while mitigating risks and enhancing service delivery
  • Work 3 days per week in the office

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)
  • (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Experience in: Oracle Purchasing, and Accounts Payable processes
  • Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Procure to Pay, Oracle Purchasing, and Accounts Payable processes
  • Strong skills in service delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications
