Solution Architecture & Strategy

Partner with clients to assess current-state HR processes and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives and Oracle Cloud leading practices.
Lead solution architecture across Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring cohesive, scalable, and integrated designs.
Define implementation roadmaps and strategies to close process and performance gaps.

Leadership & Delivery

Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution reviews.
Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and build activities across the full implementation lifecycle.
Align business requirements with system capabilities and ensure optimal configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM.

Program & Stakeholder Alignment

Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership on HCM transformation strategy.
Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment across all workstreams.

Implementation Oversight & Quality Assurance

Provide guidance to development and functional teams to ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in hands-on configuration or troubleshooting when needed.

Knowledge Leadership & Practice Development

Contribute to the development of HCM solution accelerators, methodologies, and intellectual property.
Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the practice.
