Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials Consultant

About the role

A well-known financial services organisation headquartered in Pennsylvania is finalizing a transformation they've been planning for some time. They are moving off PeopleSoft, which has been their backbone for HR, payroll, and finance for over a decade, and consolidating onto Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Financials. The business has outgrown PeopleSoft and the cost and complexity of maintaining it have become unsustainable. Oracle Cloud was the clear choice after a thorough evaluation process.

Responsibilities

• Bridge both workstreams or go deep on one while understanding how they connect
• Work directly with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Compliance
• Ensure data integrity, audit trails, and control frameworks throughout the configuration
• Document functional design, configuration workbooks, and UAT scripts
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud touchpoints relevant to HR and Finance data flows
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Financials implementation experience
• Understanding of PeopleSoft data and its mapping to Oracle Fusion

Requirements

The business operates in a regulated environment so there's a strong emphasis on data integrity, audit trails, and control frameworks throughout the configuration. Experience in financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong documentation skills across functional design, configuration workbooks, and UAT scripts

Skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Financials implementation experience
• PeopleSoft migration background
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud touchpoints relevant to HR and Finance data flows
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Compliance

Benefits

Hybrid working model based in Pennsylvania with core hours EST

Pay

$100 - $130/hr C2C
