About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Consultant with strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud Financials and SCM modules.

The ideal candidate will lead implementations, configurations, integrations, and support activities while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Cloud FSCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud FSCM solutions
  • Configure Oracle Cloud modules and perform functional setups
  • Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setups, test scripts, and training materials
  • Support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi
  • Collaborate with technical teams on reports, extensions, and data migrations
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements

Supply Chain (Optional / Plus)

  • Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement)

  • Order Management (OM)
  • Mfg / Planning

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud FSCM
  • At least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation
  • Good understanding of financial accounting principles
  • Experience with data migration (FBDI, ADFdi)
  • Integration knowledge using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
  • Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks

Desired Skills

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials or SCM)
  • Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration
  • Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and compliance
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models
