Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Lead (EPBCS)
About the role
The Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Lead role is hands-on and primarily responsible for planning, designing, and executing a full EPM implementation, including technical responsibilities. The role is not a Manager role but rather a functional, hands-on team member with some technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Public Sector or Commercial clients to provide trusted advice.
- Complete 3-5+ full implementations in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning/EPBCS.
- Lead design sessions and implement the designs.
- Help solve complex business problems from strategy to execution using Oracle Cloud EPM tools such as Planning (EPBCS/PBCS), Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Handle building integrations, reports, and application configurations.
- Review and edit project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver integrated and technical solutions.
- Guide the team through project delivery.
Requirements
- Financial planning industry experience and business knowledge.
- At least 5+ years of financial planning and budgeting experience.
- A 4-year degree with experience in Public Sector (especially State/Local Govt), Higher Ed, or Commercial industry.
- A good understanding of business requirements within U.S. state and local governments, higher education, or commercial.
- Able to hold meetings on camera on a daily basis and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule
Approximately 70% remote and 30% travel to client sites as needed. This percentage may fluctuate depending on the project/client needs.
