Oracle Cloud EPM Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Technical Lead to lead the end‑to‑end design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner, driving scalable, business‑focused solutions across the EPM landscape. Reporting to the Director, Corp Apps & Product Engineering, the ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with a solution‑oriented mindset, has experience leading complex implementations, and can effectively collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high‑impact financial planning and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, develop, configure, test, and deliver solution‑oriented applications using Oracle Cloud EPM Planning modules.
• Gather requirements, develop, configure, test, and deliver solution‑oriented applications using Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS modules.
• Gather requirements, develop, configure, test, and deliver solution‑oriented applications using Oracle Cloud EPM EDM modules.
• Document technical and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the Finance team and other stakeholders through all stages of the project life cycle.
• Quickly learn new Oracle Cloud EPM modules, tools, and technologies.
• Support existing implementations in Oracle Cloud EPM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Expertise in additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Tax Reporting, or Profitability and Cost Management) is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on leader with experience influencing business partners to use out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and follow industry‑standard business processes.

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $166,750 to $186,750 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non‑discretionary), based on experience and proximity to the Vienna Home Office.
