About the Role

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Lead Software Developer to work with a high-performing agile team, leading the design and implementation of business solutions for an enterprise Receivership Management suite of applications. This position is based in Northern VA, requires US citizenship, and the ability to obtain public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise others on detailed specifications for translating requirements into structured application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards.
• Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations.
• Supervise the writing and revision of program documentation, application operational procedures, and client user guides in accordance with standards and client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on lead developer, developing code and managing projects using the required technology stack.
• Expert knowledge of software tools, platforms, and processes required to support the associated technology stack.
• Expert knowledge of databases and related tools and utilities (Oracle 12c PL/SQL); strong problem-solving skills and a proven record of working well in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise IT applications.
• Hands-on experience with the required technology stack: Oracle APEX, Oracle 12c PL/SQL.
• Preferred experience with Business Objects/Infosphere.
• Excellent understanding and experience with Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security, and Systems Modernization.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership.
• Innovative, results-oriented, and focused on delivering on time and with quality.
