Oracle Analytics Developer

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at UMB provides strategic financial solutions to support business partners. Responsibilities
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards, visuals, and tabular reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Tableau Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Learn and manage native semantic models, incorporating other data sets into the schema.
- Manage integrations between Oracle Financials Cloud, Free-Form Cloud, or on-premise systems, ensuring data controls and accuracy.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation of reporting processes, standards, and procedures.
- Analyze existing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Partner with Finance and lines of business teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide training and support.
- Use Narrative Reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Smart View, and OTBI.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and performance tuning, to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Ensure configurations and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Lead or support Oracle Analytics Cloud projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations or enhancements, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide advanced technical support, resolve system issues, and mentor when needed.
- Embrace change and advocate for new system processes and automations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of financial processes in the banking industry.
- Exposure to data migration tools and processes for Oracle Cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Compensation ranges from $69,230 - $109,120 for US Employees in all other states not listed above.
