Analytics Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Developer to specialize in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement dashboard solutions that translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support business decision-making processes. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and integrate data from diverse databases, ensuring seamless functionality across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver robust analytics solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data effectively using Python and relevant libraries.
• Innovate and improve processes and solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience managing and working with multiple databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as Firebase, SQL, MongoDB, and Supabase.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proven ability to innovate and improve processes and solutions.
