Qualifications
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Three to five (3-5) years of operating room/surgical experience
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive leadership team
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, facilitation and delegation skills
- Experience in an operating room. Familiarity with equipment and instruments used in this area, medical terminology, supply management experience
- Knowledge of computer systems used in the operating room and materials management
- Excellent organizational skills and work with minimal supervision
- Two (2) years of surgical experience in a clinical specialty service line preferred
- Leadership oversight preferred
- Experience with mentorship, education and training of staff nurses preferred
- BSN degree preferred
- Certified Nurse Operating Room within one year
Compensation
Minimum rate of $107,952.00 Annually
