About the Role
Responsible for delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care to patients.
- Support surgeons and anesthesia staff.
- Manage medications and patient monitoring.
- Ensure safety and infection-control standards are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as an OR RN.
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
