About the role
We're seeking a full-time, experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that thrives on delivering exceptional outcomes and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in the Operating Room setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.
- Assist with complex surgical procedures under the supervision of a surgeon.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
Requirements
- BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire.
- Current RN licensure required.
- Must have 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.
- CNOR certification a plus.

Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05
Schedule
Full-time/Flex - 72 hours bi-weekly
Schedule: Day/Evening -0700-1930/ 3 (12hr) weekly
1-2 Spring/Summer Holiday | 1 Fall/ Winter Holiday | 1 Weekend every 4 weeks
PRN 2-3 shifts per month | Trauma Call 1 per month
