Redefine Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time and per diem OR Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team in our Hackensack, NJ office. The OR Circulator RN plays a vital role in ensuring patient safety, advocacy, and coordination of care throughout procedures performed in an office-based or procedure room setting. Job Title: OR Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) Salary/Pay Rate: $50-55/hour, depending on specialty and experience Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time and per diem Benefits: Paid time off, sick time, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness), life insurance, 401(k) with Company match, yearly bonus Job Title Duties (not Limited To) Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after proceduresServe as the OR Circulator, ensuring patient safety and advocacy at all timesPrepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and sterilityPerform pre-operative assessments, including IV insertion, vital signs, medication administration, and medical history documentationMonitor patients throughout procedures in collaboration with physicians, anesthesia, and procedural staffAccurately document procedural events in SIS EMRProvide post-procedure monitoring, patient education, and discharge instructionsCommunicate patient status updates to family members as appropriateEnsure compliance with infection control policies and regulatory standardsMaintain procedure room readiness and oversee patient, staff, and vendor traffic to reduce infection riskRespect patient rights to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Education & Experience Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of experience in: Operating Room, Procedure Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or similar procedural settingRequired: Active NJ RN license, BLS Preferred: ACLS
