About the role

As a full-time Optometrist at Vision Clinic, you will perform in-depth eye exams for vision and ocular health, conduct comprehensive follow-ups for patients of all ages, and provide visual and medical diagnoses. Comprehensive vision exams are scheduled every 30 minutes, with additional follow-ups as needed. The practice is seeking a long-term Optometrist to help lead and guide the practice as it evolves, collaborating with a team of talented professionals to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• Conduct visual and medical diagnoses
• Provide follow-up care for patients with ocular health concerns
• Collaborate with other Optometrists and support staff to enhance patient care and practice growth
• Integrate new techniques and innovations to improve patient care and services
• Participate in mentorship opportunities with experienced doctors to continuously develop skills

Requirements

• Optometry license in the state of Wisconsin

• Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: Closed
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
