About the Role

This role involves providing comprehensive ambulatory care as a Clinic RN or Associate Patient Care Technician. The Clinic RN works under clinical supervision to deliver patient-centered services, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. The Associate Patient Care Technician supports clinical activities, assisting with patient needs and care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care (Clinic RN).
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Support clinical activities and assist with patient needs (Associate Patient Care Technician).

Qualifications

  • For Clinic RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid Washington RN license, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
  • For Associate Patient Care Technician: Relevant experience preferred.

Skills

  • Strong patient care and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a healthcare team.
  • Knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Competency in telehealth and electronic care documentation.
