About the role
Seeking qualified Clinic RN and Associate Patient Care Technician to provide comprehensive ambulatory care in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process, in collaboration with healthcare team members, via in-person or telehealth encounters.
- Delivering nursing care, care coordination, and patient education, working with the healthcare team through various encounter types.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current Washington RN License and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 18 months professional nursing experience.
- Preferred experience in ambulatory or medical office settings.
