About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams according to Warby Parker’s protocols and standards of care
• Ensure accurate measurements and diagnoses of ocular conditions
• Explain eye health, eyewear, and prescription terminology to patients
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to patients
• Represent Warby Parker and educate others to establish the brand as a leading vision service provider

Requirements

• A Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where they will practice
• An enthusiastic attitude towards a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
• A dedication to making people healthy and happy
• Knowledgeable about and eager to incorporate new technology into their work
• Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
• A business-minded approach and drive to deliver results
