About the role
Peninsula Professional Services is seeking a versatile and patient-focused optometrist to join their dedicated team in a rewarding full-time position. Responsibilities
- Employ advanced diagnostic tools such as the slit lamp, autorefractor, Oculus Keratograph, and IPL/RF systems to provide comprehensive eye exams and precise assessments.
- Work 30 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays) and care for an average of 10 patients each day, encountering a diverse range of cases, from routine checkups for children to specialized treatments for seniors and those with complex needs.
- Collaborate closely with skilled opticians and administrative staff to ensure every patient receives tailored care and a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Licensed optometrist in the state of California.
- At least one year of clinical experience.
- Experience in dry eye and myopia management is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to ongoing learning.
