• Base salary $100–120K, plus 17% production bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease
• Fit contact lenses — including specialty lenses, if you're interested
• Educate patients on their ocular and overall health
• Work alongside a clinical team as committed to great care as you are

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Minnesota
• Loves building long-term relationships with patients
• Leads with warmth and professionalism
• Believes in evidence-based, patient-centered care
