With exceptional clinical support including supportive technicians who complete all entrance testing up to (but not including) dilation. Doctors maintain an efficient, medically complex schedule. Surgical needs such as glaucoma procedures, LASIK, and specialty interventions are referred out. Demand is strong: the practice is currently booked three months out, with doctors seeing 4–7 patients per hour across two providers.

Position Overview

The incoming optometrist will provide:

• Routine comprehensive exams
• Medical optometry and disease management
• Specialty services as clinically appropriate
• Opportunities to develop new service lines (e.g., vision therapy, specialty clinics) if desired
