About the role
Vision Innovation Partners (VIP), a leading multi-specialty ophthalmology group, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Optometrist to join Maryland Vision Institute in Hagerstown, MD. The practice includes 4 experienced ophthalmologists, 4 optometrists, and tenured support staff. You will step into an established practice with strong referral patterns and a busy patient schedule from day one, working alongside experienced technicians, scribes, diagnostic staff, optometrists, and ophthalmologists in a collaborative environment with access to modern diagnostic and surgical equipment.

Compensation
Salary range: $160,000 – $300,000 per year. Guaranteed base with productivity incentives. Monthly student loan repayment assistance available throughout employment. Relocation assistance offered.

Education & Experience
- Graduated (or pending graduation) from an accredited optometry school
- Active or eligible for Maryland licensure
- Board certified or board eligible
