About the role
The practice is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide quality and compassionate care to ensure optimal eye health. You’ll have the unique opportunity to care for various patients and conditions, provide comprehensive vision services, recommend vision-enhancing products, and promote good eye health through patient education.
Responsibilities
- Care for a wide range of patients and conditions
- Provide comprehensive vision services
- Recommend vision-enhancing products
- Promote good eye health through patient education
- Average of 2-3 patients per hour
Requirements
- Indiana Optometry License
- Talent for developing strong relationships with patients, staff, and community members
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety
- Willingness to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors and integrate new techniques and innovations
Qualifications

- Flexible schedule (16-40 hours per week)
