About the role

Tom Sowash O.D. & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Full Time Optometrist to join their team at their new location in Tempe, AZ. Located inside of Visionworks, this position offers the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of being a Doctor without the hassle of running the business.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive eye care services to patients. - Conduct eye exams and prescribe appropriate treatments. - Work closely with OD techs to prepare patients for exams. - Handle all insurance billing and administrative tasks. - Ensure a positive patient experience and excellent patient care.

Requirements

- Current Arizona State License to Practice Optometry. - Completion of an accredited optometry program. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

- Experience in primary-care eye care is preferred. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - A passion for providing exceptional patient care.

- Proficient in using medical software and equipment. - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. - Effective time management and multitasking skills.
