Optometrist - Full-time open to Part-Time - Full-Scope Care - Seattle, WA - SilverLake area (PRN, ) (Seattle, WA, USA)

About the role

We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We’re looking for ODs with a patient-first, growth-oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 2-3 patients per hour to allow adequate time for each patient.
• Practice full-scope optometry with flexibility and agency, using necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with and learn from other optometrists; supported by front desk associates, centralized billing, and insurance teams.
• Maintain a healthy work‑life balance with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (no weekends).
• Enjoy working in Seattle’s SilverLake area, known for its vibrant arts scene, historic architecture, mountains, and parks.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending).
• Washington State Optometry license (or pending).
• Compassionate and positive chairside manner.
• Team‑oriented work ethic.
• Entrepreneurial nature and desire to grow the business.
