Optometrist - Full /Part Time - Full-Scope Care - Anchorage (PRN), AK (Anchorage, AK)

About the role

We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We’re looking for ODs with a patient-first, growth-oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry!

Responsibilities

• Do what you love - Scheduling 2-3 patients an hour to give you the right amount of time to dedicate to each patient.
• Practice full-scope optometry with flexibility and agency, along with the necessary equipment.
• Work with and learn from other ODs, and benefit from the support of our friendly, experienced staff, including front desk associates, centralized billing, and insurance.
• Enjoy a beautiful location with amenities such as parks featuring ball parks, bike trails, a swimming pool, a large kids play structure, camping, and the only authentic covered bridge in all of Minnesota.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
• An AK Optometry License
• A compassionate and positive chairside manner
• A team-oriented work ethic
• An entrepreneurial nature and desire to grow the business
