You’ll work directly alongside multiple ophthalmologists, including specialists in areas such as glaucoma and cornea. You are not expected to know everything on day one. The practice is willing to train and mentor the right candidate while providing opportunities to gain exposure to different areas of medical optometry and ophthalmology. When a complex case arises, you’ll have experienced specialists available to collaborate with and provide guidance.
