Busy, well-established sublease in Moreno Valley, CA. Single-lane, highly automated pre-testing and EMR.

Compensation & Structure

$600/day base+$50/day when you see 15+ patients
Typical take-home $650–$700+ per day
Additional incentives:
$10/patient for retinal imaging
$50 per OptiLight / OptiPlus treatment

Clinical & Workflow

Primarily comprehensive optometry
Single-doctor, no dedicated tech
OD performs own pre-testing and typically takes payments
Automated pre-testing; data flows directly into EMR and phoropter (minimal manual entry)
Dry eye/aesthetic procedures (OptiLight / OptiPlus) available; training provided; optional but well-compensated

Ideal Candidate

License OD (new grads and experienced ODs welcome)
Comfortable commuting to Moreno Valley / Riverside
Okay doing own workups in a streamlined, automated setting
Interested in a stable role (1–3+ years) rather than short-term fill-in
Bonus if interested in dry eye/aesthetics, but not required

Schedule

Typical hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, 1-hour lunch
Ideal: Tuesday–Saturday, but flexible: Monday–Friday, Sunday–Thursday, or other 5‑day mix
Will consider consistent part-time (e.g., 2–3 fixed days/week)
