About the Role

Busy, well-established sublease in Moreno Valley, CA. Single-lane, highly automated pre-testing and EMR. Compensation & Structure: $600/day base+$50/day when you see 15+ patientsTypical take-home $650–$700+ per dayAdditional incentives:$10/patient for retinal imaging$50 per OptiLight / OptiPlus treatmentAverage 10–15 patients/day (up to ~18 on busy days)Open to 1099 or W-2, with potential for benefits after a stable period.

Schedule

Typical hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, 1-hour lunchIdeal: Tuesday–Saturday, but flexible:Monday–Friday, Sunday–Thursday, or other 5‑day mixWill consider consistent part-time (e.g., 2–3 fixed days/week)

Primarily comprehensive optometrySingle-doctor, no dedicated techOD performs own pre-testing and typically takes paymentsAutomated pre-testing; data flows directly into EMR and phoropter (minimal manual entry)Dry eye/aesthetic procedures (OptiLight / OptiPlus) available; training provided; optional but well-compensated

Requirements
