Optometrist - Full Time - Full-Scope Care - Lakewood, CO (Lakewood, Colorado)

New grads and experienced doctors are encouraged to apply! We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We’re looking for ODs with a patient-first, growth-oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry.

About the role

• Practice full-scope optometry with flexibility and agency, supported by modern equipment.
• Schedule 2-3 patients per hour, allowing ample time to dedicate to each patient.
• Work with friendly, experienced staff, including other ODs, front desk associates, centralized billing, and insurance teams.
• Enjoy a Monday to Friday workweek—no weekends.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending).
• Colorado Optometry License (or pending).
• Compassionate and positive chairside manner.
• Team-oriented work ethic.
• Entrepreneurial nature and desire to grow the business.

Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.
