Pay

$60.00 - $93.75 an hour (negotiable). Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible incentives, bonuses, and/or commissions.

We handle all insurance filing, credentialing, staff hiring, and training, without on-call or after-hours work. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic technology, including optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records. OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists will assist with patient work-ups, contact lens care, and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual/medical conditions
• Perform patient examinations and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings
• Handle eye emergencies
• Collaborate with staff to improve access to healthcare
