This opportunity is for a Chief Clinical Optometrist to lead the practice and mentor other ODs. Located in Sacramento, CA, this position will open in August 2023.

The Chief Clinical Optometrist will be mentored by Dr. Rupe Hansra, a well-known optometric leader. This role offers opportunities for career growth, including practice ownership with Visionworks and VSP Vision.

Our Practice

We provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions. Services include routine exams, contact lens evaluations, and medical treatment for eye diseases. We use state-of-the-art equipment such as Optos California, Topcon Digital phoropters, Eyefinity EMR, and Henson 9000 Visual Field Analyzer.

What You'll Do

• Practice full-time (or part-time) providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations.
• Recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.
• Handle eye emergencies.
• Collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare.
