As an Optometrist, you’ll focus on patient care while we handle the business operations, including insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring and training, and administrative work. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic technology such as optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records. OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists will assist with patient work-ups, contact lens care, and fittings. We prioritize a fulfilling career and work-life balance for our doctors.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual/medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.
• Handle eye emergencies.
• Collaborate with staff to improve access to healthcare.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of the business with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay

$65.00 to $75.00 an hour (negotiable).
